Big Buck Contest

 

Welcome to this years DGD Outdoors Big Buck Contest. Below are the rules and regulations for this years event.

 

Prizes include : Ruger American 30-06, 500 cash money, & 1 day trip for an adventure of your choice with the guys!  

 

Rule sheet 

1. Only deer harvested in Georgia may be entered in the Contest
2. Only deer taken by legal means may be entered in the Contest
3. Only deer taken under ethical, fair-chase hunting conditions may be entered.
4. Specifically excluded are deer taken inside of a pen with a deer-proof fence, regardless of the acreage enclosed.
5.  Only the hunter who harvested the deer may enter the deer in the Contest.
6. Each entrant into the Contest must present the intact, unmodified and unmounted antlers and skull plate to DGD Outdoors and allow DGD Outdoors and its agents to review the score on the rack. Submissions will be handled electronically via email @ dgdoutdoors@outlook.com where a picture/video must be presented with the scoring tape still on the deer, if this is insufficient, or for any other reason, upon further request you may be asked for an in person review of your deer. Failure to present the intact antlers and skull plate will result in disqualification of the deer and the entrant from the Contest. Mounted heads will not be measured for the contest.
